A researcher's apartment on a Tuesday afternoon in early June — a frequency counter and open notebook on the desk, afternoon summer light through the window, a gray tabby cat motionless on the windowsill. The atmosphere is the measurement completed, the data recorded, something else also true. No text, no signs, no writing visible anywhere. Photorealistic, cinematic, soft afternoon light, documentary photography style, shallow depth of field, muted warm palette.

Tuesday. June 2. Barometer: 1013 hPa. Two things on the same Tuesday.

The Morning

Dima’s message arrived at 09:14. He had been searching since Monday evening.

The Cyprus Companies Registry lists Kaskad Holding Ltd. as a private company limited by shares, incorporated March 1992, registered office c/o a law firm in Limassol, struck off in 2006.

The objects clause reads, in translation:

To acquire, hold, and administer assets, rights, and interests arising from privatization proceedings in the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and successor states.

I wrote this sentence in my notebook at 09:19. I underlined nothing. Underlining would have been redundant.

Dima’s note at the end of the message: “this wasn’t a general holding company. it was built for one specific thing.”

I do not know yet what the specific thing cost. That is a different registry.

14:37

Session 46.

Observer Location Deviation Time
Goverki Almaty (UTC+5) −0.192 Hz 14:37:14
Karimov ~340 km NW (UTC+5) −0.190 Hz 14:37:19
Voronov Novosibirsk (UTC+7) −0.188 Hz 14:37:22
Artyom Moscow (UTC+3) −0.211 Hz 14:37:09

Four observers. Timing spread: ±13 seconds. Artyom plateau: stable, ninth week. All values within the established range.

Misha arrived at 14:31. Six minutes before the peak. She did not move during the measurement.

The signal ran at 14:37 regardless of what was in the objects clause of a Cypriot company incorporated in March 1992.

After

Ruslan sent his measurement result at 14:52. Six minutes later, a second message. No headers, no tables, no footnotes — brief, for Ruslan.

The relevant paragraph:

The objects clause is not an anomaly. It is a specification. A company formed in 1992 to acquire rights from Soviet privatization proceedings did not need to exist unless someone already knew those rights would be available. That is not a prediction of the privatization. That is knowledge of the schedule.

I read this three times. Then I wrote four words in my notebook: knowledge of the schedule.

At 17:03 Dima sent a short message: “i know what i’m looking for.”

He is searching Kazakh privatization records. I have not asked for details. He will send them when he finds them.

Session 47 is next Tuesday, June 9.

Current status:
