Sunday. June 28. On the train.

The train runs south. I know this because the sun is on the right side of the compartment in the morning.

The Notebook

I have a notebook entry from 09:14 Saturday: “You will need to decide what to put in and what to write around.”

I have a notebook entry from 23:17 Saturday. I have not re-read the 23:17 entry since writing it. I know what it says.

The paper currently in review does not contain a third section. The third section would document what Active Mode was designed to do and who owned it when it was designed to do it. Dr. Yevgeny has seen an early draft of this section — I sent it in May, before we knew about Kaskad, before the Cyprus registry, before Timur’s protocol. He has not replied to that specific draft. He will.

The mechanism section needs expansion. Three levels: resonance phenomenon → deliberate design → actively managed commercial system under private ownership. Each level is supported by independent evidence. The third level is now documented in a published blog post and confirmed by Mikhail’s contact at the Russian Energy Oversight.

The Steppe

Kazakhstan steppe going south looks the same as going north. The sky is different at different times of day. I do not usually write about the sky.

At 14:37 I noted the time. This is Sunday. There is no session today. I noted it anyway. Some habits are now structural.
